OverviewOur client is currently undergoing a migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
This program is seen not merely as a technological migration but as a strategic opportunity to:
Define the future architecture to support operations.
Reduce risks and minimize the operational impact of the transition.
Redesign the Finance Function and other core processes, driving efficiency gains and creating strategic value.
The implementation follows aClean Core strategy, prioritizing SAP standard and cloud-compatible extensions, ensuring greater agility, innovation, and adaptability to future business needs.
RoleThe consultant will join the Finance, Corporate & Strategy Product Team, acting as an extension of this team, ensuring that proposed solutions comply with the Clean Core approach, constructively challenging business areas, and supporting the management of gaps between functional requirements and solution capabilities.
ResponsibilitiesActively participate in blueprint validation sessions, ensuring alignment with the Clean Core strategy.
Challenge the business when custom solutions are proposed, offering SAP standard alternatives whenever possible.
Identify, analyze, and document functional requirements in cases of gaps between business needs and S/4HANA capabilities, in a clear and structured manner.
Support business areas in building business cases to justify potential gaps or additional developments.
Contribute to the preparation of detailed functional documentation (blueprints, specifications, manuals, OPLs, among others).
Take an active role in training sessions and support the enablement of end-users and business owners.
Collaborate in the preparation and execution of functional testing.
Act as a trusted advisor to business, IT, and partner stakeholders, influencing critical decisions.
RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience with S/4HANA, preferably with participation in implementation programs.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (FI, CO).
Ability to think strategically and cross-functionally, connecting different products and solutions to address complex challenges.
Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, analytical, and collaborative skills.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
