Mission
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within our CM business in Europe. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the beauty industry, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive sales and market growth. Portfolio will be a mix between strategic existing accounts and intensive business development
Responsibilities
* Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensure needed wiring plan to develop collaboration and strategic alignment
* Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the CM landscape both in beauty and personal care
* Custom Solutions:
Work closely with clients to develop custom beauty product solutions that meet their specifications and market demands
* Internal Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including product implementation and production, to ensure seamless execution of client projects
* Building Relationships and Customer Understanding:
To build long-term relationships with customers and understand market trends and requirements including innovative ideas.
* Strategic Planning:
Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business growth
* Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends to identify potential opportunities
* Reporting:
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates to senior management. Follow up ongoing projects
* Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Management or similar
* 5+ years' of relevant work experience as Key Account Manager, preferably in the beauty or personal care
* Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
* SAP (preferably)
* Strong English
