Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
As a Manufacturing Operations Controller, you will oversee financial controlling for Infineon Technologies Manufacturing Porto product lines, focusing on accurate value flow, target cost, productivity management, and product costing. You will report to the IFMP CFO and segment Finance Head while maintaining effective communication across multiple sites, business partners, and divisions.
* Line controlling and reporting for Infineon Technologies Manufacturing Porto product lines
* Perform product costing, target cost roadmaps, as well as cost estimates for new packages and business cases
* Analyze investment and cost productivity cases
* Manage monthly closing, forecasting, and reporting together with the Controlling Team and initiate corrective actions if needed
* Plan and control investment budgets, drive business objectives
* Drive process improvements and ensure financial compliance
* Participate in special projects, including production transfers and system rollouts like oneSAP
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
You are a natural team player who excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments and builds strong collaboration across functions. With a proactive mindset, adaptability, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you consistently deliver results while upholding high quality standards.
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Business Administration related fields (mandatory)
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial roles, in a production environment (mandatory)
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial controlling in a manufacturing or production setting (preferred)
* Apply advanced computer skills especially with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory)
* Possess experience with SAP FI, CO, or MM modules for finance and controlling tasks (preferred)
* Fluency in English and Portuguese to ensure effective communication and collaboration (mandatory)
