Responsibilities
* Conduct functional, manual non-regression, and end-to-end tests for applications in a specific business domain.
* Assist in drafting and executing test cases.
* Document test results accurately and ensure they are recorded in tools like TFS or JIRA.
* Communicate any discrepancies or improvement suggestions to the Test Leader.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
* Proficiency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Engineering, Software Technology) is preferred.
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
* Familiarity with the insurance domain is a plus, but not mandatory.
* Experience with testing tools like JIRA and Confluence is beneficial but not required.
* Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
* Understanding of quality assurance best practices would be a plus.
Skills
* Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English.
* Soft Skills: Teamwork, reliability, attention to detail, and adaptability.
* Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
