This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to build a market from the ground up—crafting strategy, opening doors, and driving adoption in a competitive and fast-evolving space.What You'll DoDevelop and execute country-level sales strategy for TAVI productsIdentify and engage hospitals, physicians, and decision-makers in structural heart therapyBuild and manage relationships with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and procurement teamsCollaborate with global marketing and clinical teams to support education, events, and procedural excellenceMonitor market dynamics and provide insights to inform regional strategyEnsure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirementsWho You Are7+ years of recent experience selling TAVI productsBackground with leading cardiovascular companies or their distributorsProven team leadership experience with a hands-on approachComfortable with market-building, strategic planning, and high-touch sellingFluent in English and local language; open to travel as neededThe Planet Group of Companies is an equal opportunity employer.
