Your Tasks
* Support by phone – Answer incoming calls and reach out proactively to guide healthcare professionals.
* Train users – Teach professionals how to use the platform effectively over the phone.
* Handle emails – Quickly respond to requests and solve issues.
* Answer questions – Help clients understand the product and make the most of it.
* Work with other teams – Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure users are happy.
What We're Looking For
* Proficiency in French
* English level B2
* Friendly and professional communication skills
* Confidence using digital tools and software
* Team spirit and a helpful attitude
* Eagerness to learn and support others
* Focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving
