We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of VidiNet and Broadcast Management System (BMS) projects. This is a client-facing role where you will work closely with customers and internal teams to help deliver projects, coordinate activities, and support positive outcomes. What you'll do Coordinate project activities across the full lifecycle (planning to delivery) Support project scope, timelines, and deliverables Facilitate requirements gathering and help maintain clear project documentation Track project progress and support reporting to stakeholders Identify and help manage risks, issues, and dependencies Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, customer teams) Act as a point of contact for customer and internal stakeholders Support change management processes and project updates Experience Experience in project management, delivery, or coordination roles in IT or software environments Experience working on customer-facing or technical projects Exposure to media, broadcast, or content systems is helpful but not required Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Skills Understanding of project delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) Ability to work with technical concepts such as integrations or cloud-based systems Experience supporting requirements, scope, or change management activities Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders Tools Project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) Familiarity with media workflows or MAM systems What helps you to succeed Structured approach to planning and problem-solving Clear communication and stakeholder collaboration Team-oriented mindset Adaptability in a dynamic, international environment Interest in delivering quality outcomes Additional information Fluent in English (written and spoken) Occasional travel may be required (Europe and internationally) Why Join Vidispine Work on global media technology projects Collaborate with international teams Gain exposure to complex, large-scale systems Opportunities for growth and development
