Your Contribution
* Design, develop, and deliver enhancements and new capabilities on the Affectli platform to meet evolving business needs.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
* Ensure developments follow best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
* Participate in solution design reviews and mentor junior developers to strengthen team capability.
* Provide Level 3 technical expertise to resolve complex incidents and ensure platform performance, stability, and security.
What makes you stand out
* Advanced Javascript skills with experience in modern frameworks.
* Solid understanding of web application development and RESTful API integrations. - Advanced Javascript skills with experience in modern frameworks.
* Additional experience considered a plus:
o Data integration platforms (e.g., Apache NiFi).
o Dashboard/reporting tools (e.g., Apache Superset, Power BI).
o BPMN engines (e.g., Flowable).
You must have
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology, engineering, science, or mathematics.
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer, with strong knowledge of frontend, backend, integrations, and workflow automation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset, with a collaborative approach and willingness to mentor others.
* Fluent English (C1) skills written and spoken
