Our goal: make our clients' websites the pages that AI Overviews, Copilot, and Perplexity cite — by fixing fundamentals, improving structure, and publishing concise, helpful, schema-rich answers that both users and algorithms trust.

The Mission
Design and lead a productized SEO + AEO program that delivers measurable organic growth, structured-data excellence, and AI search visibility for 50–100 eCommerce clients at SMB-friendly price points.
You'll own strategy, standards, and outcomes across all tiers — from baseline SEO health to answer-engine eligibility — while building and leading a lean, high-throughput content and technical organization.
What You'll Own
Leadership & Operations
- Build and lead the SEO/AEO org: 3–4 client pods, centralized content factory, technical/schema guild, AEO analytics, and PR/outreach.
- Own delivery P&L, utilization, and QA — balancing client outcomes with scalable, standardized execution.
- Develop SOPs and playbooks for every tier (Essential, Standard, Plus).
SEO & AEO Strategy
- Define the frameworks that make clients "citable" in AI Overviews, Bing Copilot, and Perplexity.
- Oversee schema and entity architecture across all client properties (Organization, Product, FAQ, Article, Person, Review).
- Lead the AEO inclusion program: monthly prompt scans, visibility tracking, and structured remediation cycles.
- Maintain technical excellence — crawlability, CWV, indexation, and freshness discipline.
Content & Editorial Standards
- Build a "content factory" combining AI-assist workflows with strong editorial control.
- Ensure every page adds information gain and meets E-E-A-T and Google quality thresholds — no scaled AI spam.
- Own content templates, schema packs, and internal linking frameworks for consistent, scalable delivery.
Measurement & Reporting
- Define and report KPIs:
- AI Overview Inclusion Rate
- Copilot & Perplexity Citation Rates
- Organic non-brand growth (GSC)
- Content freshness & technical health
- Translate AEO and SEO performance into simple, SMB-friendly dashboards and client narratives.
