As a Sales Development Representative for Lending, you will act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to identify new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers and building strong initial relationships.Responsibilities & Deliverables: As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving our growth by connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right solutions. Consultative Discovery:Dive deep into prospective clients' challenges and goals to understand what they truly need. Become a trusted first point of contact who helps prospects make informed decisions. Pipeline Ownership:Report regularly on your results and progress, celebrating wins and identifying new opportunities for growth. Market & Product Awareness:keep up with industry trends, competitor moves, and everything happening across our product suite. Representation:Represent our brand at user groups, events, and trade shows when needed - becoming a face and voice for our mission.Required Skills & Experience: Sales‐driven mindsetwith experience in inbound and/or outbound phone outreach. A proven ability to connect with people, build trust quickly, and nurture relationships over time. Strong perseverance and follow‐up skills. Clear and confident communicator, with excellent verbal and written skills inEnglishandFrench or German.
