Your profile
o 12th grade or equivalent to QRQ levels 4 or 5, preferably with training in electronics and automation.
o Good knowledge of EPLAN (preferred), SOLIDWORKS, or AutoCAD.
o Fluency in English, spoken and written (Level B or higher).
o Enjoyment of teamwork and interpersonal relationships.
o Strong sense of organization and planning.
o Capacity for innovation.
o Ease in analyzing, solving problems, and managing priorities.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in similar roles.
- Experience in industrial environments and/or machine construction.
Behavioral skills:
- Enjoyment and appetite for problem-solving, seeking new solutions, critical thinking, and openness to developing new knowledge.
