You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the DevOps and cloud engineering sector.
This role requires a strong understanding of technology services, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the DevOps, cloud, and software engineering markets.Develop and implement strategic plans to expand Beam's client portfolio.Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.Collaborate with technical teams to understand service capabilities and translate them into client-focused solutions.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing.Represent Beam at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.Maintain accurate CRM records and produce regular sales reports.Required QualificationsProven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or account management—preferably in IT, DevOps, software development, or cloud services.Strong understanding of DevOps concepts, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and IT consulting models.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet business targets.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
