Clinical Specialist Interventional Cardiology Role Overview
The position of Clinical Specialist Interventional Cardiology plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and effective use of interventional cardiology portfolio. This specialist is responsible for supporting education programs, collaborating with key physicians and healthcare providers to provide country-level education and clinical support.
Clinical assistance and procedural education will be provided to medical professionals, nurses, technicians, etc., including support for live cases, proctorships, scientific meetings, and other educational programs in therapeutic areas related to focus products.
This specialist works closely with the EMEA CMA Manager to facilitate legal compliance with HCP interactions and education delivery. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing clinical procedural training on the Teleflex Interventional portfolio to ensure safe and effective utilization.
* Facilitating the implementation of clinical workshops, live cases, and proctoring for focused interventional products.
* Supporting pre-congress workshops and in-booth education programs.
* Developing and delivering educational activities ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This position requires a registered nurse with current registration or other clinical qualification, degree-level nursing qualification, or equivalent academic provision and professional instructors/education qualification desirable.
A strong background in interventional cardiology procedures, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for success in this role.
