Design Lead Position
This role involves spearheading customer-centric initiatives to elevate a software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering within the Customer Experience team.
* Foster collaboration with diverse teams including product managers, analysts, engineers, and QA experts on strategic roadmap and client projects.
* Lead the entire design journey from insightful research and prototyping to captivating UI and visual design.
* Craft scalable customer experience solutions with an emphasis on usability and efficiency.
* Play a pivotal role in shaping a modular design pattern library for seamless experiences across platforms.
