About the Role We're seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex, end-to-end technology initiatives across multiple countries.
The ideal candidate will combine strong project management discipline with a solid technical understanding of modern software systems — ensuring that delivery aligns with strategic business objectives, compliance standards, and engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities Lead complex, multi-country projects from planning through execution and delivery.
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to define scope, requirements, and success metrics.
Translate business and technical requirements into clear, actionable project plans and delivery roadmaps.
Oversee technical dependencies and ensure architectural alignment across systems and teams.
Coordinate and oversee critical operational activities including penetration testing, disaster recovery testing, and system validations.
Ensure adherence to compliance and documentation standards (e.G., ISO, regulatory requirements).
Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
Drive the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions that meet business and technical goals.
Foster collaboration among distributed, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, providing transparency and clarity at every stage.
Key Skills & Experience Proven experience managing end-to-end, complex projects, including multi-country rollouts.
Strong understanding of product architecture, system design, and technical interdependencies.
