Sales Support
OM Digital Solutions is looking for a person to support our Sales Team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across departments.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
You will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and manage sales orders, e-shop orders, credit notes, proforma invoices, and return orders in accordance with standard procedures.
* Perform reporting activities, such as tracking blocked delivery notes, invoices, and return issues.
* Handle delivery claims, including missing, shortage, or damaged items, and report monitoring results.
* Mediate satisfaction among Operations, Warehouse team, Sales, Finances, and ERP/IT teams.
* Support activities across all regions as needed.
Requirements:
* University degree or secondary education with relevant work experience.
* Active knowledge of English.
* Proficiency in PC skills and user knowledge of office software (MS Office, Outlook, etc.).
* Pleasant demeanor and high professional commitment.
