The role of Operations Business Unit Manager is pivotal in supporting team leaders to achieve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Spearheading the implementation of clients' and stakeholders' roadmaps by providing managers with necessary support.
* Aiding Operations team leaders in delivering assigned operational activities in line with KPIs and service level agreements.
* Maintaining adequate activity and performance monitoring, resource recruitment, allocation, and scheduling, and technical means assessment to meet demands and business goals.
* Leading and managing staff under their responsibility to ensure strong employee engagement towards set objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* An advanced degree, preferably a Master's or MBA, accompanied by proven management experience in complex and fast-paced organizations.
* Knowledge/experience in service delivery, KPIs, and budget oversight.
* Ability to identify, alert, and prevent risks related to global framework of service delivery.
* Familiarity with the automobile industry is advantageous.
* A minimum B2 level in French and English is mandatory; other languages are also beneficial.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
