Work as a Remote Customer Service Representative for a leading international rent-a-car company. Assist German-speaking clients with bookings, inquiries, and customer concerns from the comfort of your home in Portugal.
About the Role
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
* Assist with car reservations, changes, and issues in a professional manner.
* Follow internal procedures and escalate when necessary to ensure seamless customer experience.
* Deliver excellent customer satisfaction and meet quality KPIs.
Your Responsibilities
* Handle customer interactions effectively and efficiently.
* Communicate complex policy information and solutions clearly.
* Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer concerns.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Your Profile
* Fluent in German (spoken and written) is required.
* Good level of English for training and internal use.
* Experience in customer service is an asset.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
