Job Title: Systems and Verification & Validation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with stakeholders to understand system objectives and functional goals.
2. Develop detailed infrastructure engineering definitions and technical drawings.
3. Translate user needs and operational expectations into clear engineering requirements.
4. Collaborate with project management and design leads to ensure deployments are delivered on time and in line with quality standards.
5. Provide functional support to end-users and internal engineering teams, addressing and resolving technical queries.
6. Design and document test cases to verify alignment with system requirements.
7. Monitor and validate corrective actions for Problem Change Reports (PCRs) in coordination with cross-functional engineering teams.
8. Execute and support validation activities during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), in close collaboration with customer representatives.
9. Prepare comprehensive test reports and present results to internal management and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering (such as Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications…) or a background in Air Traffic Control.
* +1 year of experience as a Systems and Verification & Validation Engineer, or in a similar role with equivalent responsibilities.
* Proven experience in system engineering, verification, and validation of complex systems—ideally within the Air Traffic Control domain.
* Solid understanding of test preparation and execution, including documentation, defect reporting, and problem analysis.
* Willingness and availability to travel internationally for periods of up to one month, approximately every two to three months.
* Good communication skills.
* Fluency in English, spoken and written (mandatory).
