About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Order Coordinator to join our team. As an Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing customer sales orders, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with business rules and policies.
Responsibilities
* Review and validate customer sales orders for completeness and accuracy
* Process orders in accordance with business rules and policies
* Conduct technical and administrative tasks, including pre-defined support activities for service operations and delivery
* Perform order management for assigned customers within the ERP system
* Clarify order discrepancies with business units and customers
Requirements
* Degree in Finance or similar field
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
* Fluent in French (mandatory)
* SAP knowledge (Module MM/FI and SD, others will be a plus)
* Service attitude and customer-oriented skills
* Strong communication and organizational skills
