Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PP/PP-PI Senior Consultant to join a strategic international project. This role offers a unique hybrid work model, combining high-impact on-site consultancy in Germany with off-site delivery from Portugal.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in process manufacturing and the ability to lead technical discussions at the shop-floor level while navigating complex global supply chain requirements.Key Responsibilities:- End-to-End Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy SAP PP/PP-PI solutions focusing on Production Planning and Production Execution. - Process Manufacturing: Manage complex Process Orders (PP-PI), master recipes, and production versions tailored to the chemical/aroma sector. - Production Strategies: Implement and optimize Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) scenarios. - Shop-floor Integration: Lead the integration between SAP and Shopfloor tools (MES, weighing systems, and automation interfaces). - Leadership: Act as a functional lead, managing stakeholder expectations on-site and ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical delivery. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, QM, SD) to ensure seamless integration.Requirements:- SAP Expertise: Minimum of +10 years of experience in SAP PP, with a mandatory focus on SAP PP-PI. - Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the Flavours & Fragrances, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical industries is highly preferred. - Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Batch Management, Production Planning, and Shop-floor connectivity. - Communication: English Fluency (C1/C2) is mandatory (oral and written). - Leadership: Proven ability to lead workstreams and communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.What We Offer- Opportunity to work on a large-scale international project - Exposure to a specialized and high-value industry - Strong technical growth in PP-PI (highly valued expertise in the market) - Collaborative and multicultural environment
