The Digital Sales Accelerator will be responsible for driving sales, revenue, and market share growth across all three brands on Amazon. Key objectives include increasing brand visibility, expanding our customer base, and outperforming industry benchmarks.
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon marketplace management, a strong track record of P&L ownership and sales/margin growth, expertise in SEO, PPC, CRO, and Amazon analytics tools, analytical and data-driven mindset, ability to identify and act on high-ROI opportunities, excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, entrepreneurial mindset with a growth-oriented approach, resilience, and sustainability-mindedness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital sales strategies to drive business growth.
* Manage assigned Amazon markets, ensuring optimal product listings, pricing, and promotions.
* Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon policies, best practices, and industry trends.
