Knowledge Enablement – Help structure and maintain content libraries that support strategic decision-making, service awareness, and performance visibility.
Data & Reporting Assistance – Support the design and delivery of performance reports and dashboards to track key metrics and user interactions.
Process Optimization - Identify and act on opportunities to streamline internal workflows, automate tasks, or improve user access to key information.
Testing & Quality Assurance – Execute routine testing of digital solutions and knowledge tools to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience.
Agility & Flexibility – Demonstrate the ability to work under short deadlines and adapt to flexible working hours, including occasional on-call support for urgent operational needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate with various teams to support broader performance and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
