Cyber Trust| Third-party Risk Manager
As a central coordination point, you will proactively contact stakeholders with pending actions or who have not yet participated as required.
1. Contact relevant stakeholders to request updates, information, and justifications for any delays in progressing third-party cases.
2. Maintain active engagement with all involved parties, ensuring that the third-party process remains on track.
3. Monitor and follow up on pending actions, escalating issues or delays to the Third Party Operations Specialists & Manager when necessary.
4. Ensure stakeholders remain informed and responsive. Escalate any cases of non-responsiveness to the Third Party Operations Manager.
5. Redirect questions to the Third Party Operations Specialists when clarification on specific or technical topics is required.
6. Achieve accurate documentation of all communications and updates, maintaining clear records for compliance and audit purposes.
7. Understand and implement DORA requirements and internal deadlines.
