Your ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of IT contracts from requirements and RFP support through execution, renewal, and termination.Collaborate with Vendor Management to ensure contract obligations are met and performance metrics are tracked and reported.Ensure IT contracts comply with internal policies, legal regulations, and audit standards; implement governance frameworks for ongoing performance monitoring.Gather and analyze data to monitor contract performance and identify risks or opportunities for improvement.Maintain contract records, renewal calendars, and dashboards for executive reporting and risk oversight.Align with Vendor Management and Procurement to identify cost‐reduction and value‐generation opportunities across the IT contract portfolio through benchmarking, consolidation, and demand management.Assist Vendor Management in strategic contract negotiations to secure optimal terms (pricing, SLAs, performance metrics, compliance, IP, and risk mitigation) and lead operational contract change negotiations.Support administration of commercial supplier relationships and run regular commercial reviews with suppliers.Gather and organize information to develop detailed supplier budgets and work closely with technical leads to support budget development.Forecast, track, and manage contract spend while developing a clear understanding of supplier cost drivers and savings opportunities.Work closely with IT Assurance to understand required supplier controls and support their implementation.Partner with legal, procurement, IT, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure contracts align with organizational priorities and risk tolerance.Your QualificationBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Law, Business & Law, or a related field (or equivalent related experience).4+ years' experience in IT contract management, procurement, or vendor management.Proven experience negotiating IT contracts such as SaaS, ERP, and cloud services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Strong knowledge of legal and commercial terms in IT agreements.Understanding of financials and performance KPIs related to contracts.Experience analyzing large data sets to inform contract and supplier decisions.Proficiency with contract management tools and systems (e.g., Icertis, Ariba, Coupa).Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or the public sector (nice to have).Certification in contract management (e.g., IACCM/WorldCC, NCMA) (nice to have).Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks (nice to have).Your BenefitsCompetitive SalaryPermanent employment contractWell Being In FocusHealth InsuranceVacation Policy (24 vacation days, with additional days off for your birthday and December 24th)Free Curative Medicine24/7 Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Nutritional Options at Work (canteen with diverse meal choices including meat, fish, diet, vegetarian, and composed salads)Culture Of Development And LearningUnlimited Access to LinkedIn LearningInitial and continuous training aligned with your career goals.Other BenefitsReferral ProgramEngaging Events (Team buildings, holidays celebrations, and themed days)On‐site parking (for cars, motorcycles, and bikes, including electric car chargers)#J-18808-Ljbffr
