Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description
Find your place at Amaris Consulting as a IT Finance Business Analyst for one of our main partners, for a hybrid position based in Portugal.
In Amaris, we are currently increasing our team. Join our team and start a new adventure in an international and agile environment, where you will be able to fulfill your career expectations in a fast-growing company with a dynamic environment.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Using modelling tools and analysis to identify business IT needs.
* Handling multiple systems to deliver business objectives.
* Creating IT project plans.
* Stakeholder management.
* Assisting with software integration.
* Staff training for new processes, software and systems.
What We Want
* Master’s degree in Information Systems and/or Computer Science.
* At least 3 years of experience in Business Analyst function.
* Collect, analyze, prioritize all the requests, anticipating the problematics of an evolution.
* Carry out a regular follow-up of projects status for the sponsor and direct leaders.
* Experience with SQL and Office.
* Experience using UML and creating user stories.
* Knowledge of Jira and/or Confluence.
* Ensure the functional tests of the subjects under its responsibilities.
* Fluent level of English.
