What You'll Do:
Strategically manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from planning and outreach to execution and reporting.
Identify and recruit influencers aligned with client objectives, leveraging Dreamwell's powerful influencer discovery software.
Craft compelling, authentic influencer content in collaboration with creators, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and creative vision.
Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPA, CPM, engagement rates, and ROI), optimize strategies accordingly, and provide insightful reporting to clients.
Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring campaigns are executed within financial guidelines and client expectations.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with influencers, talent managers, agencies, and diverse brand clients.
Collaborate cross-functionally with our product, analytics, and client success teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Support client presentations, clearly communicating campaign strategies, performance insights, and recommendations.
What You Bring:
4+ yearsproven experience managing impactful influencer marketing campaigns.
Expertise in influencer collaboration across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels).
Experience negotiating rates with influencers and managers.
Demonstrable experience engaging influencers across various tiers (nano to macro) through both paid and earned opportunities.
Exceptional understanding of influencer and social media trends, content creation strategies, and key performance metrics.
Direct relationships and experience working with influencers, managers, and talent agencies.
Strong project management abilities—proven capability in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
Excellent organizational, communication, and client management skills.
Experience using influencer marketing platforms, analytics tools, and social listening technologies.
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently, proactively taking ownership of campaigns from inception to delivery.
