We are looking for a
Project Manager
to join one of our biggest clients, a leading multinational bank and financial services group with a strong presence in Europe and worldwide.

Location:
Lisbon (hybrid model).
What you will do:
• Maintain and update RMO policies, procedures, and retention schedules
• Support the automation of manual processing of regulatory and non-regulatory records
• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Records Management Office (RMO)
• Assist in transforming records management processes to meet organizational and regulatory requirements
• Manage multiple complex initiatives covering global markets, technology, and project management
• Ensure effective incident prioritization, root cause analysis, and stakeholder coordination
What you are like:
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance & Accounting, or Business Management (3–5 years)
• 3–5 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations
• 5–7 years of experience in Project Management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Mastery level
• Experience with
JIRA
and
Power BI
– Expert level
• Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies – Proficient
• Strong ability to work in complex environments and manage global projects
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, is mandatory
