We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. You will be signing a contract with a Portuguese employer.
About the project:
You will be providing services for clients of an American multinational computer software company. It has historically specialized in software for the creation and publication of a wide range of content, including graphics, photography, illustration, animation, multimedia/video, motion pictures, and print.
Your tasks:
* Processing customer inquiries in German;
* Customer contact via telephone, chat, and email; mainly with IT managers and IT administrators;
* Processing inquiries from corporate customers of larger accounts or larger companies;
* Technical troubleshooting;
* Customer engagement.
