As our Head of Finance, you'll be responsible to: Manage all financial, accounting, and management control processes of the company, ensuring compliance and efficiency of financial policies and operations, as well as the production of information to support strategic decision-making.Coordinate the external accounting and payroll service, ensuring its accuracy and quality, as well as compliance with all accounting, tax, and legal standards.Ensure efficient treasury management, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity control, and relationships with financial institutions. Prepare formal reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and management reports.Participate in the preparation of the budget and monitor its execution, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial and operational risks.Support the management in structuring people management policies and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, evaluation, and implementation of operational management tools for teams. Requirements:Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in an industrial context with visibility over the entire business value chain.Extensive knowledge of financial management, controlling, tax and accounting standards, as well as labour legislation.Scale-up mindset: dynamism, flexibility, and problem-solving ability.Advanced proficiency in data analysis and structuring tools, particularly MS Excel and Power BI, enabling comprehensive data-driven decision-making.Fluency in English.
