Your Responsibilities: Employee Journey Support Provide support across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, including employee engagement initiatives and feedback surveys. Compensation & Benefits Support the administration of benefits and assist in salary review processes. Recruiting & Employer Branding Help attract talent by supporting internal recruitment processes, job postings, and employer branding activities. HR Development & Learning Assist with performance reviews, training coordination, and career development initiatives. Legal & Administrative Tasks Support HR administration, including contracts, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws. Office Management & Events Help ensure smooth office operations and assist in organizing internal events and activities. HR & Office Support Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on HR and office-related topics.
