At Covalo, we're looking for a Senior Growth Manager to helpscale user acquisition, traffic, and revenue. You'll be joining at a pivotal stage, where you'll have a crucial role: the foundations are in place, data is abundant, and the focus is now on accelerating growth.This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, customer experience, and data. Your mission is to systematically grow the funnel, identify scalable acquisition channels, and improve how interactions turn into qualified opportunities. You willcombine analytical thinking, experimentation, and hands‐on execution— leveraging the latest technologies to discover what drives growth and double down on it. You'll work across two distinct audiences — buyers and suppliers — and a product that goes far beyond what initially meets the eye.This role isfully remotewithin commuting distance of Lisbon or Zurich, with occasional in‐person team meetups.TasksIdentify, test and prioritize the most promisingacquisition channels and growth leversto increase traffic, signups, leads and revenueIdentify the levers for each ICP. Segment audiences, and adapt acquisition strategies and messaging to their specific needsDevelop and testgrowth hypothesesthrough rapid experiments across channels, messaging, and distribution. Continuously evaluate results, double down on what works, and quickly abandon what doesn't.Analyze user behavior and funnel data to uncovergrowth opportunities and actionable insightsLeverageAI and state‐of‐the‐art toolsto automate workflows, integrate data, connect insights, and scale experimentationWork with Sales to improvelead qualification and lead generation qualityDefinegrowth targets and KPIs. Calculate & optimise CAC, LTV and conversion ratesBuild and maintainanalytics, tracking systems, and growth dashboardsto support data‐driven decisions and communicate them to leadership.In short:you will discover scalable, repeatable growth levers, optimize conversions, turn traffic into revenue efficiently, and make growth measurable and scalable.RequirementsHave 5+ years in growth roles (preferably B2B or SaaS/marketplace - startup or scale‐up experience is a plus)Have experience owning or leading acquisition, lead generation, and funnel optimisationResults driven, with a track record of running initiatives that led to measurable traffic, engagement, or revenue growthComfortable experimenting aggressively — and learning quickly from what works and what doesn'tHave hands‐on experience and enjoy getting your hands dirty with execution, not just strategyStrong analytical skills, combined with an ability to turn data into actionable insights and prioritize opportunities.Driven by data, obsessed with optimisation, and able to combine creative thinking with rigorous measurement to craft the right message for each ICP.Experienced in growth analytics – cohort analysis, funnel analysis, A/B testing metrics – and comfortable building dashboards and reporting frameworks.Experience with growth, marketing, sales and analytics tools (e.g. Clay, Lemlist, Amplemarket, Claude Code, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)Able to connect and integrate tools to create efficient growth pipelines and seamless acquisition funnel (e.g. Zapier, Make/Integromat)Love discovering new tools and technologies, rethinking the way you work, and do not miss an update on what AI can do for growthBenefitsCompetitive salary & potential opportunity to participate in company stock option planWorking remotely, with regular team gatherings and in‐person alignment meetings (including incredible team retreats with the entire team twice a year!)If based in PT: Health Insurance, Coverflex card for meal allowanceExposure to the company's most strategic challenges, working directly with leadershipAbility to influence an innovative product that will impact the entire consumer goods industry (with thousands of beauty brands and suppliers already using Covalo)Space and support to learn, develop and grow to the size of your ambitionFlat hierarchyBeing part of a growing, fun, dynamic, highly motivated, and extremely caring international team — where we all have (charming) quirks, and everyone can bring their full selves to work every day.Why this role matters Growth is one of the most important drivers of Covalo's next stage.You will play a key role in defining where the team invests more time and resources, to take us from where we are to where we want to go.As the company grows, this role is expected to evolve — with a clear path to becoming Growth Lead and shaping how growth is built at Covalo.About Covalo The personal care industry is entering one of the biggest transformations in its history — driven by sustainability, new technologies, and rapidly evolving consumer expectations.
