Your role:
As an
M&A Senior Analyst
, you'll play a key role in transaction execution and client engagement. You'll actively participate in financial modeling and valuation workstreams, oversee the preparation of client deliverables, and coordinate junior team members. You'll engage directly with clients, due diligence processes, and strategic discussions, gaining first-hand exposure to complex cross-border transactions.
You'll be an excellent fit if:
* You hold a
Master's degree
in Economics, Finance, or Management
* You have
more than 2 years of professional experience
in M&A, Corporate Finance, or Consulting
* You are
fluent in Portuguese and English
, and preferably based in or willing to relocate to Cascais
* You have
strong financial modelling and analytical skills
with attention to detail
* You are
commercially minded
, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams independently
* You have excellent
communication and leadership skills
, with a collaborative attitude
