Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Support Advisor for electric bikes include:
- Managing all incoming queries related to technical issues (troubleshooting) in a customer service environment
- Responding to calls and emails from enterprise clients
- Gathering information from customers and ensuring query resolutions
- Maintaining client relationships through product support over the phone
- Providing high-quality service
- Recording all necessary data in CRM for follow-up and support quality
Skills, qualifications, and interests required for success:
- Native level German and fluency in English
- Minimum 6 months experience in Technical Support (preferred)
- Interest in and willingness to learn about technology; tech-savvy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to operate under pressure
- Team player, enthusiastic, self-starter
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer and quality-oriented mindset
- Valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship
