Koos is a fast-growing design & innovation agency established in Amsterdam, with expanding offices in Lisbon and Berlin.
We collaborate with governments (e.G., Covid passport app in the Netherlands) and corporations (e.G., Careem Super app in the Middle East) to develop intuitive digital products, seamless services, and effective innovation engines.
We are currently seeking a new talent in product design to support our digital projects.

As a Digital Product Designer, you will help the team design robust, user-friendly digital products that are not only functional but also visually appealing.
You bring strategic thinking and empathy to your work.
Your design process considers the holistic experience, thinking beyond the screen.
You are skilled with various tools at different stages of the design process.
We also support your personal passions, whether it's motion design, digital accessibility, design systems, or other niche areas you might surprise us with!
Responsibilities Identify relevant needs of users and clients.
Translate these needs into strategic product concepts.
Create wireframes, design systems, prototypes, and final designs using Figma.
Assist in setup and usability testing.
Your profile AHBO / WO diploma relevant to the field.
Proficient in English.
Experienced in user-centric design methods.
Strategic, empathetic, and holistic thinker.
Available to work 40 hours a week.
Preferably located in Lisboa.
