Job Title: Customer Service Representative French Market
Location: Porto, Portugal (Remote)
Start Date: 25 September 2025
Working Schedule:
* Monday to Sunday, 08:00 19:00 (rotative shifts)
* 2 rotative days off per week
* Note: Possibility of late shift extension until 21:00 depending on client request (not implemented so far)
Salary & Benefits:
* Base Salary: 1000 gross x 14 months
* Performance Bonus: 50 gross x 12 months
Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French.
* Provide professional, accurate, and timely solutions to customer needs.
* Maintain a customer-first approach while resolving complaints and issues.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless support experience.
Requirements:
* Fluency in French (C1 level)
* Good English communication skills (B1/B2)
* Previous customer service experience is an advantage
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends
