We work with Nearshore projects, TM & Project Development, Service Management and Tech Academies.We're looking for aService Delivery Managerto join our team!The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT Infrastructure and Production Operations, with the ability to manage end-to-end service delivery, ensure operational excellence, and build strong client relationships.What you'll do: Own the strategic and operational delivery to the end client Manage and nurture the client relationship throughout the project lifecycle Act as the main point of contact for services and solutions Support critical systems through application support and deployment expertise Manage application transformation initiatives and ensure smooth delivery Identify risks and proactively mitigate technical, operational, or people-related issues Track implementation progress and report to management Produce dashboards and reports (ServiceNow) for Infrastructure Deployment & Support Collaborate with management to analyze operational data and improve processes Coach stakeholders to enhance communication and implementation effectivenessWhat we're looking for: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (5+ years is a plus) Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Production Operations Experience with IT Risk management and Cybersecurity follow-up Proven ability in risk identification and mitigation Strong coordination, delegation, and stakeholder management skills Analytical and logical thinking with excellent problem-solving ability Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in large teams with a collaborative mindset Availability to travel outside PortugalIf you're passionate about service excellence, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality IT solutions in an international environment — we'd love to hear from you!
