We are seeking an HR Manager to join our team in Porto, Portugal. This is a dynamic role that will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and compliance with company standards.
* Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, handling personnel changes, coordinating with payroll and external partners, acting as a point of contact for colleagues' HR questions and leave/absence administration, monitoring pre-employment screening processes, supporting audits, contributing ideas to optimize HR processes, overseeing supplier relationships and facility-related matters for the office, and coordinating with procurement, facilities, and IT teams when needed.
Requirements for this position include a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, relevant experience as an Office Manager or HR professional, solid knowledge of Portuguese social law and employment legislation, strong communication skills with fluency in Portuguese and English (at least B2 level), and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
