Job Title: Project Manager
The successful candidate will lead end-to-end projects, including system implementations, vendor transitions, compliance upgrades, and process automation. This will involve defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. The role also requires monitoring project progress, proactively addressing risks, issues, and dependencies, as well as ensuring payroll systems and processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
A strong understanding of payroll operations, project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid), and cross-functional collaboration is essential for this position. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business administration or project management experience. Project Management certification (PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) is preferred, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital project management tools.
