And now we would like to focus on increasing MDA businessin the country.The person will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving profitable business growth,while operationally managing its execution.Key accountabilitiesResponsible for the sales to assigned customers to achieve the yearly sales and profittargetResponsible for the negotiation of annual contracts, pricing, back conditions and commercial strategy with assigned customersResponsible for solving financial and logistics issues with assigned customersBuild and maintain strong relationships with assigned customersBusiness development: identify new opportunities, definebenchmarks and enlarge our business scalesInform the organization about opportunities and challenges, prepare counterplans and act as a true market leaderVisit key shops frequently to be sure thedefined products will be displayed properlyAnalyze and improve the display share and sellout by shops of assigned customersCreate clear sales reports of the sales process(weekly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly), statusand forecast forthe following period. Analyze turnover data, collect recent marketing information, and control invoices.Your profile+3 years of professional sales experience in MDA industryOutstanding analytical skills and experience in planning and forecasting.In-depth knowledge of the Portuguese MDA marketAbility to work independently, set priorities, and drive initiatives with minimal supervisionStrong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategiesExcellent communication / negotiation / interpersonal skillsResults-orientedAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentFluent in Portuguese and EnglishLocated in Lisbon area
