* Academic knowledge in business activities and data understanding, with knowledge of data modeling, data cataloging, and data lineage;
* Academic knowledge of data manipulation using data management and business intelligence tools (e.g., to support modeling activities);
* Ability to explain complex data issues in non-technical terms;
