Overview
As a Fleet Mobility Key Account Manager (KAM) in Portugal, you will be at the forefront of Goodyear’s “Total Mobility” strategy—driving sustainability, efficiency, and innovation for our truck fleet customers. You will act as a trusted consultant to strategic fleet accounts, delivering end-to-end solutions that enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction. Through strong partnerships, solution-selling, and proactive account management, you will help fleets optimize performance, reduce costs, and transition toward more sustainable mobility solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term business relationships, solving operational challenges, and creating value through data-driven and customer-centric solutions.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute strategic account plans for Goodyear’s commercial fleet customers in Portugal.
* Promote and implement Goodyear’s Total Mobility solutions, integrating tires, services, and telematics to optimize fleet operations.
* Act as a trusted advisor to fleet clients—identifying business improvement opportunities, resolving operational challenges, and enhancing sustainability.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers in large and mid-size fleets.
* Apply solution-selling techniques to tailor Goodyear’s offerings to each customer’s specific needs and objectives.
* Monitor and analyze account performance, manage budgets for fleet projects, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
* Proactively identify new business opportunities and promote comprehensive fleet management solutions.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering innovative, efficient, and flexible mobility solutions.
What You’ll Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
* Proven experience in fleet management, B2B account management, or tire/telematics sales, preferably within the automotive or mobility sector.
* Strong commercial and consultative selling skills with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Analytical and strategic mindset, capable of identifying performance gaps and implementing improvements.
* Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); Portuguese fluency required.
Location and Travel
* Based in Porto, Portugal
* Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
