We are strengthening cloud security and identity management by seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 & Azure (Security) Expert to join our team.
In this key role, you will design and implement secure identity and access solutions, enhance security posture across Microsoft environments, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
* Identity & Access Management: Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), implement Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust principles, and manage privileged identity governance.
* Azure Security & Compliance: Deploy and maintain Microsoft Sentinel for SIEM and threat detection, monitor and respond to security incidents, ensure compliance with security standards, and conduct proactive risk assessments.
* Cloud Architecture & Integration: Design secure integrations between M365, Azure services, and third-party systems; support automation and scripting (PowerShell, Graph API) for identity and security tasks.
* Power Platform Governance (Optional): Ensure effective quality maintenance and improvement during product changes across the lifecycle.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT Services, CMS, and global teams to align security and compliance efforts.

Your Profile
* Educational Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
* Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in Microsoft cloud technologies with a focus on Azure security and Microsoft 365.
* Technical Skills: Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity governance. Expertise in Microsoft Sentinel and SIEM operations. Solid knowledge of Azure services, security best practices, and compliance frameworks. Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
* Language skills: Very good command of written and spoken English.
* Personal Attributes: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, proactiveness, adaptability, and collaboration skills in an international environment.
