Main Tasks/Responsibilities
* Technical and commercial support;
* Customer follow-up on matters related to equipment repair and spare parts sales;
* Preparation of spare parts and service proposals;
* Strengthening post-sales and commercial relationships;
* Updating customer equipment fleets;
* Entering customer and proposal data into the CRM system;
* Preparing proposals in line with ongoing campaigns;
* Identifying and requesting all materials required for the project/work.
Requirements
* Commercial mindset;
* Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems;
* Relevant experience in a similar role;
* Proficient in English (spoken and written);
* Knowledge of SAP (preferred);
* Availability to travel;
* Valid driver's license.
