* Lead the end-to-end development and launch of private label products across multiple categories: sports nutrition, supplements, healthy food, activewear, and accessories.
* Conduct market research, define product specifications, packaging strategies, pricing, and launch plans.
* Collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with suppliers (private label, packaging, logistics), ensuring efficient execution.
* Manage the Packaging Designer and oversee the development of activewear and sports accessories.
* Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements to meet market and brand expectations.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, or related fields.
* Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or FMCG.
* Proven experience in product development, private label or brand product management, and go-to-market strategies.
* Strong strategic thinking, planning, and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven.
* Ability to influence and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers at all organizational levels.
