Job Purpose:
Implements channel specific trade marketing strategies and plans for assigned customers to drive sales and ensure brand growth within the category.
Key Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Line Manager:
* Drive & facilitate smooth and effective implementation of trade marketing plans to increase sales and ensure products growth within the category;
* Analyse product sell through results by segment and make recommendations to increase sales;
* Identify and develop Point of Sales tools to increase brand presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction;
* Work closely with the commercial teams to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales targets and to create trade marketing initiatives calendar;
* Monitor trade marketing activities to evaluate effectiveness and execution of targets;
* Assist, support and organize trade fairs, promotions, events and road shows;
* Assist in preparation and negotiation of proposals for contracts.
Role Requirements:
* Degree in Marketing/ Management or equivalent;
* 1 year’ experience in similar position;
* Business acumen embraced with good communication skills;
* Good analytical skills, partnered with positive attitude and high learning agility;
* Advance Office user: excel and powerpoint;
* Good team player, able to work with colleagues at all levels to achieve business objectives;
* Good knowledge of SAP will be a plus.
