Job Title: IT Service Delivery Specialist
Job Description:
The IT service delivery specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of end-user computing services within an organization's IT department.
This includes actively supporting users by resolving tickets, managing and optimizing EUC applications and systems, and ensuring compliance with business standards and procedures. The specialist will also be part of local and global IT projects, working closely with other internal departments and external vendors to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process and solve incidents and service requests in a timely and qualitative manner.
2. Prepare and run changes and configuration management on IT systems.
3. Perform daily management activities as defined in permanent daily activities.
4. Work collaboratively with other internal departments, such as the infrastructure Shared Service Center and external vendors.
5. Maintain the EUC environment, including Office 365, Intune, Windows OS, and Active Directory.
6. Contribute to user satisfaction in relation to the IT environment.
7. Communicate effectively with end-users.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in an ICT-related field, with a focus on Microsoft technologies, including MS Office, Intune, Azure Active Directory, Windows OS, hardware settings, and network fundamentals.
* At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar L2/L3 support function, with preferred Microsoft certifications on specific products.
* Knowledge and experience in L2/L3 Workplace processes.
* Proficiency in PowerShell and strong communication skills, both written and oral.
* Excellent English language skills.
This is an intermediate to senior-level position that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
