Salesforce Developer The position is within the IT division, in the Tech Expertise & Solutions department, working as part of the Salesforce Factory team to develop new features and support the current Salesforce ecosystem across multiple business lines. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of custom applications on the Salesforce platform ; Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements; Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and analysts; Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions; Develop and promote best practices for Salesforce development, integrations, and deployments; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations; Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware; Write and execute unit and integration tests; Create and maintain technical documentation. Requirements : At least 3 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform; Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components; Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware; Knowledge of Salesforce security models and data modeling concepts; Experience with version control systems such as Git; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Experience leading teams and providing technical guidance; Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously; English level minimum B2. Nice to have: Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Technical Architect; Experience in enterprise environments; Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices; Experience working with large-scale Salesforce ecosystems.
