Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications to meet business needs.
* Collaborate closely with senior developers, testers, and business stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and internal guidelines.
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities to ensure software quality and reliability.
* Support the integration of 3rd party systems, APIs, and tools within the IT infrastructure.
* Contribute to technical documentation and user manuals for new or updated systems and features.
* Maintain awareness of emerging software development trends and technologies.
* Carry out other tasks as directed by the IT leadership to support project delivery and business goals.
Essential Technical Skills
* Basic understanding of programming languages (such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript).
* Familiarity with software development concepts, version control (e.g., Git), and debugging tools.
* Strong willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
* Good analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to interpret technical documentation and follow instructions precisely.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese (fluent or native) and English (intermediate or higher).

* Knowledge of databases, web technologies, or cloud platforms is advantageous.
* Certifications or training in software development (desirable but not required).
