What You'll Do:
* Build and manage strategic relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
* Drive revenue growth by achieving ambitious targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both locally and internationally.
* Develop and execute Joint Business Plans aligned with customer strategies and mutual growth objectives.
* Optimize promotional activities and trade investments to maximize ROI.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Supply Chain for seamless execution.
* Manage account-level P&L, ensuring investment efficiency and financial goal delivery.
* Use market and consumer insights to adapt customer strategies and boost in-store visibility.
What You Bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related fields.
* Solid background in Sales and Business Development, ideally in FMCG or wellness/health industries.
* Proven track record managing key customers with strong commercial performance.
* Excellent negotiation and data-driven decision-making skills.
* Team-oriented mindset with high ownership and accountability.
* Proficient in commercial planning, category management, and sales tools.
* Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.

* 3+ years of relevant work experience.
* Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
